than you normally are.
Just be you.
I know, sometimes it’s the
hardest thing to do.
This is not being on stage, where you
may have to reach the 50th row.
The camera is intimate.
Like having
coffee across a table with a friend.
Speak normally.
A client once told me
she got so nervous about doing video
because she thought she had to Put On.
Be Big.
Be different than she was,
more animated, like others she had
seen.
No. Just the opposite. More often
I’ll tell you to bring it down.
Being you is the best thing you can do.
And I know, being real can sometimes
feel unreal.
