What an idiot.
The other day, I was
contacted by this
douchebag (an insult!)
who wanted
to buy one of my products
but couldn’t.
When he tried to buy, he
received a message which
said he was blocked and
wasn’t allowed to purchase.
Reason?
He was blocked because I
banned him.
He was on our blacklist because
he was a serial refunder.
(One of these “collector”
types who buys stuff,
never uses it, then gets
a refund to collect the
next thing. Sigh.)
So I politely told him
because he was a serial
refunder, he was no longer
welcome to purchase any of
my products ever again.
He didn’t like that answer.
He threatened to “post on the
Warrior Forum” about how I run
my business.
Oooooh, so scary – NOT.
The lesson?
Don’t be a douchebag. If you
buy something – use it.’
I do not think there are many
people who abuse the refund
process. Those who do are
a major irritant, even to top IM
experts like Michael.
I have claimed 2 refunds in
a year. One was for a course
that had not started a month
after buying it.
The second was this week,
where the training was presented
in the middle of the night (my time)
with no repeats.
Both refunds were received in
a few days following my claims.
