If there’s one thing I’ve learned in
12 years as an affiliate its that
IMPULSE is the key.
Nobody calls a family meeting to
decide whether or not they’re
going to buy your info product.
Nobody plans it in their calendar
either.
It’s not like they roll over
in bed and say “Honey, I sure
hope to get an email that sells
me something today.”
Your marketing interrupts the
natural flow of something they
were already doing like…
Checking their emails,
scrolling down their facebook feed,
reading memes etc.
So it comes down to your ability to
RAISE IMPULSE.
Getting their propensity to buy from
zero to PURCHASE as fast as possible.
We do this with the 4 factors of impulse.
The F.I.G.S.
Fear of loss.
(only x amount remaining
at this price)
Indifference.
(we are closing either way)
Greed.
(look at mary – she bought one)
Sense of urgency.
(time is running out)
Using one or 2 of these will increase
your sales.
Using all 4 will make you a super affiliate
on the clickbanks so be careful!
I believe urgency is the most powerful.
We demonstrate this with a
COUNTDOWN TIMER.
Urgency is not scarcity.
Scarcity is when you are
running out of products.
Urgency is when you are
running out of time.
Stress to them that
they are going to miss out
on a huge saving/bonuses,
if they procrastinate!
