Tell your potential subscribers that 
you accept article submissions. You’ll get people who will subscribe just so they can submit articles and see them published. You will also get a steady stream of content you can pick and choose from. 28. The “Swap Me” Technique 
Tell your potential subscribers and 
other e-zine publishers that you accept e-zine ad trades. People will subscribe 
just to submit ad trades with you and see if you run their ad. Doing list ad trades can increase 
your circulation fast.
