Failure to communicate costs you sales.
The IM promotion of the week is a
membership site. As I have 10 of these, I was not in a
rush to buy it, especially when it costs $400. Randy Smith found an independent review,
comparing the new product to one launched last year. The review found little improvement
from the earlier product, but the price had doubled. I wanted share the issues of this story with you,
but I found both the sales video and the review
almost incomprehensible. I followed
how easy was each technical part,
but I could not see what outputs it generated,
nor how you and I could make money.
Another promoter identified a key
missing part: you buy the site, but then have to find your products to promote on the site. This is like a shop with nothing to
sell. I think that the site seller could not
show us the product in action, as it would look like an empty shop. So, the promtion was focussed on the
technical ease of use, with
no picture of how you will make money with it. For the experienced site owner, either
product may be a ‘game changer’, but the current product is being promoted
to newbies, who will not
have experience of finding profitable products for their site(s). Videos are a great marketing tool, but
you need to test them on people to whom youexpect to sell the product.
