Internet Marketing – Losing customers? – 3

This relates to a website host I used a
year ago.
The idea and process can apply to
your online and offline businesses.
Losing customers, that have cost us a
lot to find and satisfy,
is bad for business.
This firm decided to regain
some of those customers:
Responses to the survey questions
(based on 2349 survey responses)…
Question 1: How long were you a member?
The most common response was 2-6 months
(48% responded with this answer), with
the second most common response being
6-12 months (39%).
Question 2: Are you still interested in
making money online?
Based on your responses, it is VERY
evident that you are still interested
in making money online.  97% of you
answered that you are still interested
in making money online.  This means
that pretty much all of you want to
earn a living online (which is
conclusive!).
Question 3: What Would it Take to Get
your Business Back?
Now this feedback was very open ended,
but there were definitely some common
requests that were made…
•    Lower membership fee due to financial
times (277 people requested)
•    More 1-on-1 coaching/mentoring with
experts  (285  people requested)
•    Better organization/Confusing Layout
(256 people requested)
•    More Video Training  (240 people
requested)
•    I’m Busy, Need Things to Be Simpler
(225 people requested)
•    More Task Based Training  (118 people
requested)
•    Personal Motivation to Succeed  (95
people requested)
•    Up-to-Date/Timely Training  (127
people requested)
•    Want a Getting Started Course for
Newbies  (208 people requested)
•    Stop me from buying product after
product online, wasting money (56
people requested)
•    Help Me Succeed More  (210 people
requested)
We absolutely know what we need to do
to get your business back…and we know
we need to do something big.  REAL BIG.
Over the next couple of days I am going
to be thinking about all of these items
and coming up with a valid response to
each and every “request” and show you
how we have filled
EVERY SINGLE ONE of
these gaps that you feel WERE within
our firm.
I want to finish off today by saying,

I know this may seem counter-intuitive,
but I have a good reason for saying

This could be the quickest, most

the firm has enjoyed.
My own reason for losing was sudden
loss of service and no refund.
(The analysis ignored me!)
