So how do you create that feeling in

It starts with
how you communicate before the call
even happens… Set expectations –
People are more comfortable when they feel
like they know what’s coming Clarity on
who is calling whom – the best is that the
potential client calls you…you’ll learn
a lot!
Send reminders – Minimum of
confirmation of appointment, 3 days
before and day before
The first few minutes of the call are
crucial and set the tone…
Thank and acknowledge –Appreciation for their
time and commitment goes a long way!
Confirm expectations –
Get them
comfortable again Ask for permission –
To interrupt “stories”, to share your
intuition, and to share how you might
be able to support them if it’s a good
fit (get the OK to make an offer up
front)!
