(Making a series of small value
offers would not secure many
acceptances.)
The reward for this exercise is $29 per
month for every customer
regained by this exercise, plus
income from people whom they
recommend to buy the service.
These people
had paid for service before
and were interested enough to fill in
the survey.
Finding new customers
is a more expensive and slower option.
This will prove to be a

very profitable exercise!
